btts Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Player Agreement

1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and btts ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://btts.click. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager at btts, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

btts is an online sports betting and gaming platform designed for and directed at players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are intended for use by Pakistani residents aged 18 and above who choose to participate in online betting on a voluntary basis.

If at any point you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using btts immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continuing to use the platform after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use btts you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. btts does not permit anyone under 18 to open an account or participate in any form of betting or gaming.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or physically located within Pakistan at the time of using the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether with btts directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal use. Opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of btts or any of its affiliated entities.

btts reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, btts may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active btts account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or otherwise linked — is strictly prohibited. Where btts identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited and any winnings derived from promotional funds may be cancelled. The original account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btts login credentials. You must never share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, you must notify btts immediately via our support channels. btts will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

All information you provide to btts during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. btts may require you to update your information at any time and may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information held.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your btts account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method subject to the standard verification process. If your account is closed by btts due to a breach of these Terms, the balance treatment will depend on the nature of the breach as determined by our investigations team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions at btts — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btts does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by btts to any transaction.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

btts currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

btts reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to the available payment options.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your btts account balance instantly in most cases. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one banking business day to reflect. btts is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by btts within one working hour for standard requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time, which btts cannot control. Withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods that have previously been used for a deposit or that have been verified through our KYC process.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, btts may require completion of identity verification. Withdrawals from accounts that have received promotional bonuses may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with those promotions. btts reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending review where fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

5. Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed at btts is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation. If a technical issue prevents confirmation, the bet is not considered accepted and no funds will be deducted. btts reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, in particular where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on btts are subject to change up until the point a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. btts strives to display accurate odds at all times but does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific market or outcome.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket markets, the Pakistan Cricket Board and International Cricket Council official results are used. btts reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is in dispute or under review.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without completion, a clear pricing error was made by btts, or a market is settled incorrectly and subsequently corrected. Void bets do not count towards any wagering requirement associated with a bonus.

5.5 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault that affects a live in-play market, btts reserves the right to void all or part of affected bets. Where a pricing error results in odds being offered that are clearly incorrect (for example, odds that are significantly out of line with the true market), btts reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds even after settlement.

5.6 Disputes

If you wish to dispute the settlement of a bet at btts, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window cannot be considered. btts will investigate and respond to all disputes in good faith within 5 working days.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and the Referral Programme

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered at btts are subject to these general Terms as well as specific conditions published with each individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms apply to that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New btts registrations may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The minimum odds, eligible markets and time limit for meeting the wagering requirement are specified in the current welcome bonus terms displayed during registration.

6.3 Referral Programme

The btts Refer a Friend programme credits a bonus to your account when a friend registers using your unique referral link and completes their first qualifying bet. The referring player receives a bonus as set out on the Refer a Friend page. Self-referrals — creating a secondary account to refer yourself — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

btts takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of an event to neutralise risk while meeting a wagering requirement; using automated software or bots to place bets; coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion; and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, btts will void all associated bonuses and may close the account without return of the balance.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the specified time window will expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. btts will not be liable for bonuses that expire due to player inactivity.

7. Crash Games Specific Terms

Crash games available at btts — including Aviator, JetX and Spaceman — operate on provably fair random number generation systems. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic algorithm before the betting period opens and cannot be altered by btts or any player after the round begins.

Players acknowledge that crash games are games of chance and that no strategy, pattern recognition or predictive analysis can reliably predict the outcome of any round. Past round results displayed in the game history are provided for transparency and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute any representation about future outcomes.

Auto cash-out and auto bet features operate as intended under normal conditions but btts cannot guarantee their execution during periods of network disruption or technical outage. In the event of a platform disconnection during a live crash game round, btts will settle the round according to the provably fair result. Where a disconnection results in a player being unable to manually cash out, btts will not automatically cash out on the player's behalf unless an auto cash-out target was pre-set.

8. Fraud Prevention and Fair Use

btts employs continuous monitoring to detect fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing and any other form of dishonest play. Where btts identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and withhold any balance pending investigation:

• Use of automated bots, scripting software or any tool that mimics or replaces human interaction with the platform
• Placing bets based on knowledge of match-fixing or any corruptly obtained inside information
• Collusion with other players to exploit a market, promotion or game mechanic
• Use of VPNs or proxy services to disguise location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or display errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using btts to process proceeds of unlawful activity

If an investigation concludes that fraud has occurred, btts reserves the right to close the account permanently, forfeit the entire balance and report the activity to relevant authorities. btts cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies where required.

9. Responsible Gaming

btts is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We take problem gambling seriously and have invested in tools that give players genuine control over their betting activity.

9.1 Available Tools

Every btts account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your btts account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from betting for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from btts for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and no marketing communications will be sent.

By registering at btts, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for certain types of processing at any time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain data for a specified period.

btts will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other necessary service providers is limited to what is required for the specific service being provided and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

btts provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be entirely free from technical issues. btts shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Network outages or internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Delays in bet placement or cash-out caused by the player's device or connection
• Decisions made by the player based on the live cricket score feed or any other information display on btts
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors

In no circumstances shall btts's total liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. btts does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

12. Amendments to These Terms

btts reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, btts will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification at login. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of btts after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using btts and contact our support team to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Any bets placed and any pending transactions at the time of closure will be settled under the Terms in force at the time those actions were taken.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notification. The current version of these Terms is always the governing version and supersedes all previous versions.
